Kids are known to be active and full of boundless energy. What better place for them to expend their bountiful energy than a trampoline park?
There are about 4 trampoline parks in Singapore and we have visited two of them, the first one in December 2014 and the second in December 2015.
Can I just say, my kids love trampoline parks! Apparently, jumping on a trampoline has many benefits, some of which are burning of calories, increasing oxygen circulation in the body, improving cardiovascular health, firming and toning of muscles, to name a few. Jumping on a trampoline is also said to be more beneficial than running, as the spring in a trampoline removes the impact which is present while running on the road.
These are the 4 Trampoline Parks that can be found in Singapore:
1. KATAPULT TRAMPOLINE PARK
We visited the Katapult Trampoline Park last month and our kids had a wonderful time jumping, sliding, slam-dunking and tight-rope-walking.
What we like about this place is the variety of activities that are available. Besides the usual jumping on trampolines, there is an area where you can jump and throw balls into a net, perfect for practising those slam dunks!
There is another section where kids can enter and play with balls while jumping on the trampolines.
Being a gymnastic enthusiast, Jay enjoyed the section where he was able to try walking on a tight-rope.

2. AMPED TRAMPOLINE PARK
This is the other trampoline park that we visited in 2014. They have 2 branches, River Valley and Jurong. Their Katong branch that we went to in 2014 has since ceased operation.
Their various attractions include air bag, basketball, cliffhanger and slacklines.

3. SKYHIGH TRAMPOLINE PARK
Newly opened in 2015, Skyhigh is another trampoline park that you can check out. They offer ‘Bouncing Beans’ sessions, which are exclusively for kids up to 5 years old. I thought that is wonderful, as the little ones are able to jump safely and parents can have the peace of mind that their teeny-tots will not be crushed by bigger bodies!

4. ZOOM PARK SINGAPORE
The only trampoline park that has another branch outside Singapore (in JB), Zoom Park offers various sections for jumpers. Besides the usual main court for jumping, their other attractions include foam pit, air bag, dodge ball, rock wall and a tumble track! I can see my kids going wild in this place.
